[Resolved] Sun Direct — executive and technician are not responded | |||
Hi On[protected] evening i have signal issue i informed to sun-direct customer executive. They raise a complaint the number is sr[protected] they said i am informing to technician and it will resolve in 24 hours. After 24 hours i was continuously calling to customer service about my complaint because the technician is not coming. The executive is also not responding at that time. Again and again i try to raise a complaint then the technician was contact to me and he said unnecessary reasons and dosent come to my home to resolve the issue. After 48 hours he switch offed his mobile till now the problem is continuous nobody is there to solve from technical team and customer support team. Was this information helpful? | |||
