Is [protected]. I have logged our Complaint 8 days (192 hours) before at your end through complaint no. Sr[protected] Dt.22/03/17 for set top box failure with this assurance by your department that it must Resolve with in 48 hours. In-spite of that we again & again repeat our complaint at every 48 hours but neither any Body contact to us nor any representative call on my complaint to resolve this issue. Beyond resolving the set top box failure complaint of 22nd march, your department further Deduct next quarter renewal charges on 26 mar in my account also. Kindly reverse my this renewal amount and surrender your all formalities to re-join me For further new best telecast service provider operator. Hope you understand my view point and do the immediate action for close this issue to Avoid further any action towards my end in future.
