Sun Direct — Few channels are not coming and star plus e118-4 error

We have complaint on 3rd dec'16 that many of the channels are coming very blurred with disturbance and star plus channel is permanently stopped but almost a week passed but yet it is not resolved nor technician has attend the call.

Top up balance of rs.500 is with them and it is deducting as per package with out any service which they don't have right.

Very pathetic and sick service they don't care customers and looting customers by charging with out any valued service.

We are fed up if possible please refund our amount and collect the set top box
