Worst customer service Giving sun direct customer service 1 is also too much. It has the worst customer service and representatives have zero knowledge. They hang up the call on face when u tell them your query. All the customer care number are wast You cannot change your pack by online. Only recharge you can do. After recharge it takes years to get the channel on tv. Worst customer service ever! No proper response nor proper network I’m using sun direct from past 3 years. A horrible experience. No proper customer service. Even if it’s recharged. It will take almost 2 days to update. Proper updation of topups should be displayed in the website. A little bit of wind and rain the network is gone. Even if we call customer service they don’t respond properly. Was this information helpful? | |
