My cdsn no: [protected] This company named Sun direct has chosen a new technique to steal people's money in the name of OTA UPGRADE. without informing us, they forcefully send a OTA upgrade to set-top boxes and make it corrupted, so that the set-top box should not work again... Then, they will send a technician to change the set-top box and charge 1000rs... this happens as soon as your warranty expires... It happened to many people, it's their new way to steal as much as Money they can... I hope no one will get into this trap, ... PLEASE DO NOT BUY SUN DIRECT SETTOP BOXES...YOU WILL LOOSE 1000'S Of Rupees every year... Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
