[Resolved] Sun Direct — frequent failures in dth connectivity | |||
Cdsn number [protected]. Since installation more than a month ago, i have had to complain about not receiving subscribed channels around 10 times. Each time a technician attends to the problem after two days, it works for two days and then again become defective. There appears to be a basic technical issue that sun direct is hiding from the customer. Unfortunate that i selected this dtv. Will change over soon and advice others to do so if there is no improvement. Was this information helpful? | |||
