[Resolved] Sun Direct — frustrated with sun direct customer care | |
For getting correct alignment of the dish, i had to spent more than 45 minutes to touch with your team. Your team members take the call and they are busy in their talks in between and disconnects the phone. And as a customer for a long time, you do not have any information of mine with you, and you are asking the details again and again. And i had to explain the issues multiple times to the person, i do not know what type of play he want to play.
