Regarding the above, i have made a complaint to your help desk in january '16 but i regret to state that, despite making numerous follow-up calls from my end, no action has been initiated from your end and whenever i make a call i was assured with the same "our technician would visit you within 25 hours". Even after the lapse of more 5 months nobody contacted me nor visited my residence to sort out the problem. My request in this respect is to kindly depute a person to sort out the problem once and for all and being a well established south indian firm it does not make good repute to your concern by not sorting out the problem of customer for such a long period.
