Dear sir/madam My name is Thirumalasetty Naveen Kumar My smart card number [protected].. Iam customer of sun direct last one year..I have recharge to one year plan 3, 210/- on December/15/2018..but I received from your sun direct message today is last day...I called customer care in sun direct but he says March 2019 government was changed recharge rules then your package was end..once you're thinking these is correct service to customer..I have recharged in December 2018 but government change the rules March 2019..who is responsible I have pay in 12 months but your service is only 6 months.iam not satisfied your service please solve the problem..and give me 12 months validity.. please resolve the my problem.. I rechared my sun sth yesterday by 2100 hrs. Channels are not avalable yet. I called coustmer care morning they said to call [protected] from regesterd mobile number. I called. Ringing. Not attending. No calls back. Very poor service from u. I called several times. Smart card number: [protected]
