Sun Direct — harassment from sun direct services | |||
My sun direct smart card number [protected]R. I was taken connection since Dec 2013. Now, the connection suddenly stopped on 05 July 2014. Showing on the screen various types of problems firstly showed E48 after that E50 and now services not available. I was approached to customer services & He is said to me your problem solved with 48 hrs and next sun direct boys came to my home and they said your setup box is not working. I approached to sun direct for regarding this problem. They are asked firstly Rs 350 + Rs 150 = Rs 500/-. I was question to him why to pay and I was take this connection within 7 months. He said first setup box warranty only for 3 months only as per Company rules. I was asked to him why you not said before taking this connection and why you cheated me. He is compromised and said - sir, you just pay Rs 150/- for visiting charges and registered my complaint No 1-[protected] on 06 July 14 but no more service providers approached to me and again complaint to sun direct and again register my complaint No [protected] on 08 July 2014 and the same repeated here. if you not giving services earlier why given to connection me. please return to my security deposit money OR change my connection to other services.
