[Resolved] Sun Direct — have done recharge but channel not playing | |||
28.03.2020 my sun direct plan got expired so that i have done 258rs recharge, 30 minute's channels played but suddenly got massage that my sun direct plan expired i got shock. So again i have done 258rs recharge but no use. Next day i have contacted customer care they advised to 258rs recharge so again i have done 258rs recharge my account but no use, also the customer care service not providing proper solutions to customers. I make payment for 554 yesterday recharge was done but the channels are not displaying customer care also not giving any clear response since two days

smart card num 10617325211 sun news channel was running for 10 minutes and suddenly getting off other channels are not displaying
