[Resolved] Sun Direct — hd channel not working in old hd set top box: | |||||
While introducing hd set-top box, i am got the connection with hd pack. Later i changed to sd pack. Once again currently, i am activated hd package, but it seems hardware is not supporting. Then i contacted customer care, they told the old hd box are replaced with new hvec technology - so u have pay 700+150 rupees for this upgradation. My question: i brought an hd connection, but i can't view hd channels. Why? If sun direct upgrade their technology, for that why i need to pay once again as hd customer!
