I have using sun direct hd prime package 6 months. Am unable use hd channels last 4 months because of cable problem. I registered complaint on sun direct customer care sr no is sr[protected] & sr[protected], sr[protected] first complaint on october 7th not resolved still am not happy with your local service, they are not able to solving complaints. Please resolved the problem
