[Resolved] Sun Direct — hd set-up box | |||
I have upgraded to hd set up box couple of years ago and i was trying to recharge a hd channel yesterday and it says i can't recharge. I called the call centre today and they told me to contact dealer and i have to purchase another. Setup box. I already purchased a setup box in 2016 and i am not going to buy another setup box. If you can't replace my setup box that i can add hd channel without any charges please cancel my subscription and refund the full amount. I will find another service provider. This is ridiculous asking money every 2 years to upgrade the setup box. Was this information helpful? | |||
