I have paid 2290 for new connection online but it showed as payment failure. Customer service agent is telling to contact area distributor.
Area distributor is telling to complaint with customer care.
I have transaction id, bank statement.
Date : 22/05/2019

Amount paid : 2290

How to clear the error code e50-32 no service in sun direct, i done factory default setting still not working.
Called to customer care but no number was working, which is poor service from customer care.
Provide the correct customer care number to all customers to get the best service from Sun direct...……..………
