[Resolved]  Sun Direct — I have reached my card using Paytm which has been deducted from the account but it's not updated

My last of the card of 997 rupees has been expired on 17 March 2021. On 18 March 2021 I recharged the same pack of 997 rupees using my Paytm Account. The transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from the account instantly but it was seen the amount has not been credited to the card even after 24 hours of recharging. The card number is [protected]. I even contacted the customer care service but the response was not satisfactory. I have provided picture of the transaction and my Sun direct account.
