[Resolved]  Sun Direct — I have recharged sun direct and recharge is successful but channels not coming

I have recharged my sun direct with smart card id ([protected])but in tv no channels coming and showing that please call call centre to activate and i called customer care and then he told that you have made an hd recharge but yours one is normal set up box so I ask to convert to normal he agreed and told that it is done and it will be activated within 15 mins to 2hrs time and it's still second day there is no response and in television displaying same like please contact call centre to activate
