Good Evening,
Today I have recharged from the sun direct App. for above ref. ID, Tamil Economy Pack, for Rs 1194 for 6 months. Till now I have not received any video / audio feed. Called Your customer care rep. They are giving stupid suggestions like switch off TV and switch ON set top box and wait for 2 Hrs, it is processing etc. What is the magic no. 2 hrs I don't know till now.
Your service from CC is horrible. Hope this problem is rectified. Already we faced problem earlier with your technician. You can track the details...
