Good Evening, Today I have recharged from the sun direct App. for above ref. ID, Tamil Economy Pack, for Rs 1194 for 6 months. Till now I have not received any video / audio feed. Called Your customer care rep. They are giving stupid suggestions like switch off TV and switch ON set top box and wait for 2 Hrs, it is processing etc. What is the magic no. 2 hrs I don't know till now. Your service from CC is horrible. Hope this problem is rectified. Already we faced problem earlier with your technician. You can track the details... Was this information helpful? | |||||
