Sun Direct — Incorrect Recharged to mobile refund request

Hello Team,

We have made incorrect Recharge to mobile number [protected] in the place of ID on 06/07/2023 for rs.1379.00. I have called and raised this issue many times. But still the balance is not reflecting in our account.
I would request kindly refund back the amount to the mode which we made payment.
