Dear team, I am existing customer with sundirect from past 9 years and my customer id is [protected], i planned to take a multi connection on june 2018 and my multi connection id is [protected] I have taken instalation plan of kannad cinema plus sports pack for 1 year all of a sudden my package is changed for kannada dpo 3 pack with out my notice As per tria regulation long subscription package should not be changed Problem facing : i am having the validity period still it says to recharge Resoulation : i need to get my channels till june 2019 with out any hassele Was this information helpful? | |||

When I try to call the care to resolve my problem, there no response from customer care since morning lots of time wasted, service is not available. Recharge done. What the hell no one is not there to take a call??
