[Resolved] Sun Direct — installation stopped due to no message from sundirect after online payment | |||||
Hi team. I have taken sundirect connection via online payment..on 19th August 2018 at 2pm. The technician came for installation and installed the set top box on 20th August 2018, at 4pm. But was unable to start the connection due to absence of message from sundirect .. Without which he said it will not be possible to activate the connection.. I have raised a complaint with customer care for the same. But was unable to find a satisfactory solution with them.. Can you please resend the message to [protected]..
