[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Issue with Add on Package

This is C.Karthikeyan from Old Bowenpally. I have paid for add on packages on 7th May 2014 for Kids mini and English movies mini, validity 1 yr. Till date I didn't get these channels added to my package nor any response from customer care to my calls. Can anyone please look into this issue and do the needful.
