[Resolved] Sun Direct — made a month's sun direct recharge of 230 rs yesterday but not yet reflected in my account | |||
Yesterday i login to my sun direct account and made a package selection and proceed to pay for it, the total amount was 230 rupees for a particular tamil channels package and i choose to pay using upi app, then through by means of google pay i made the payment. Once the payment is done it was not reflected into my account, moreover from yesterday i was trying to contact sundirect through its different mobile and toll free customer care numbers which are either busy or not working always... I mailed sundirect where there is no response from them.. My smart card number is [protected] and mobile number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
