Sun Direct — Many channels not being broadcast

fir the last one month many channels in Telugu like ABN Andhra Jyoti, TV 9, TV5, NTV are not coming. Now for the last 2 weeks the Gemini Action channel is deleted
my location is Rajahmundry in AP
the subscription paid for 6 months covers all these channels
Reasons?

My set top box shows smart card failure on TV . After sometime that problem is solved then the programs are normaly played.Then again some time the TV screen shows smartcard failure. Now today till this time it shows smart card failure.please give me a great solution.
