[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Misleading User During Recharge

I have recharged my Sun Direct DTH Smart Card in 'My Sun Direct App' after the expiry of present Telugu Gold SD pack on 13th September, 2023. I have done recharge on 14th September, 2023.

When I opened the App and clicked on recharge my old Telugu Gold pack, they showed an popup which stating that our packs are changed with OK button. When I clicked on that button they redirected to me page showing two packs HD Telugu Gold and HD Telugu Basic (Both has SD and HD options).

So I have choosen HD Telugu Basic and clicked on Add option where they showed another popup with 3 Options which I added screenshot to this. From that I have choosen 3 months plan which costed me Rs. 750 with all charges. And also the recharge was successful which I made payment through ICICI Credit card. I have attached Transaction history as well.

So after recharge when I checked my subscription it was showing Telugu Gold Pack active and also amount in my wallet which I didn't added manually but think they taken Telugu Gold pack cost and credited remaining in wallet which is not acceptable completely from my end.

Immediately I contacted live chat and I was shocked that the agent saying that there is no 3 months plan for HD Telugu Basic Plan. And it's only available for 1 or 6 months. If you can see my attachment and say If I'm wrong in selecting 3 months plan?

I have written an complaint mail to the Sun Direct Customer care. But I want to log an complaint over them here too, to question -

1. How they can show false information on app while recharge?
2. How can they redirect part of the payment to their wallet without redirecting to payment source?
3. How can they don't intimate a user about the package change? They didn't even send message that you 3 months plan is not activated due to this so and so reason.?
4. There is no proper info provided to the chat assistant as per the data in app, he asked where did you find that option of 3 months? In return to me.

I need proper explanation on this and solution for this misleading users by a reputed company.

They have contacted me but they haven't provided me the pack i have recharged as they are saying there is no such pack. So I have to go forward with another pack.
Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
