[Resolved]  Sun Direct — missing channels and irresponsible customer care people

Hi,
This is siva, with contains smart card number [protected].
Tried calling customer care about etv hd channels missing in my list, however i have paid 29 rupees for all the channels.
Your customer people not able to answer the questions which i asked and taking worst wards with other customer service people like (Chikka chikka ga mataladuthundau). I tried calling 3 to 4 times and when i am asking about the same question they are cutting their call with out answering question.
My question is do you think we are fools or what.
If you guys are not ale to answer the questions tell them to transfer the call to other person with out doing that they think customer will call again.
