[Resolved]  Sun Direct — my 3 months pack recharged on jan 11 2019 was cut off in feb mid and not refunding me back

My problem started on feb 21 2019. More than 70% percent of the channels got cut off on feb 21. The customer care pesons (He is a team leader and he said his name was senthil) said that trai asked sun direct to reduce the channel that came with 3 months recharge. I recharged my pack with 3 months recharge on jan 11 2019.
First of all, its your mistake to let me recharge for the 3 months pack on jan 11 2019 when you are completely aware that my service will get cut off in feb 2019 mid. Now you cut off channels and want me to pay off for the channels pulled? Seems like a perfect day light robbery!!
The customer care mageshwari did not give any proper information and after several request she transferred her call to senthil the team leader who is a pakka fraud who wanted to get rid off me for that time saying that they cannot refund fully and said that their only option is to change my pack to fta 1 basic + addon channels. He activated it. Now to my shock i see that more than 95 percent of channels which was available on feb 21 morning just vanished and only could see the addons i chose (Hardly 8 channels were asked by me as addon). Please note that this senthil guy never ever told me that when i switch to fta 1 basic i will lose channels.
I brought this issue again with the senthil guy after thw excruciating process to reach the customer care after waiting for around 5 hours. He promised to reach me on feb 23 2019 after verifying with the records. But never called me till now. When i myself reached out to them after waiting for 6 hours they disconnected the call after hearing my voice.
Now just for your greed for money, i have wasted almost 24 hours trying to reach you and put up with your lies and excuses.

I am considering to terminate sun direct due to your false info and poor customer care personnels and fraudulent schemes of yours.

Pleae take. Action against senthil (Team leader), mageshwari and the guy who disconnected my call instantly after hearing my voice (He took my call around 9:40 pm at today (Feb 23 2019, saturday).

Today I rceived a call from Ms. Vishali. She did not provide any resolution and keep on saying that she will call back later and asked me to disconnect. After my firm decision that I won't disconnect without getting a proper resolution, she transerred to team leader Mr. Praveen who is equally arrogant and incompetent. He was keen on cutting me off saying he will call back me later. I asked him to transfer the call to his manager or higher official he said the manager is not available. I asked him to provide his managers official email id or official number to reach him out he said won't disclose as he is afraid of being caught and even dared me to escalate him as he dont cares. Moreover, he did not gave me the name of the guy who disconnected my call yesterday as he is his friend and again dared me to i include this in the escalation mail.

He(Praveen) asked me to disconnect the service with sun direct as he and his team are not competent and capable to solve my issue.

@NodalOfficer, what is happening in your company guys!??
Are you thinking that you are the boss of your customers?
This kind of attitude and inabilityof your team wont take you anywhere

Recharged in September 2018 for one year pack but suddenly so many channels are not coming from today tried to reach customer care but none of the numbers are working. If this kind of service I will change to other provider
