[Resolved] Sun Direct — my dth account no. [protected] telecast stopped 6th nov evening | |||
I have paid rs.230 on 10th oct for dpo pack 2 valid for one month upto 9th nov.2019. But sun dth suddenly stopped telecast by evening 5.45 on 06th nov itself. When i contacted [protected] i was asked to give a missed call to [protected] n their customer care rep wud contact. I contacted that no. I sent a email to customer [protected]@sundth.in. I lost total 1000 rupees. I recharged with 800 and 200 rupees separately but the channels didn’t activated . Complained to customer care more than10 times but they didn’t respond.worst customer service and worst DTH ever. Please ban this sun direct DTH . So many people are suffering the same problem .
