[Resolved] Sun Direct — my sun direct dth got disconnected even though I paid for a yearly subscription | |
My smart card no is [protected]. I have done the annual subscription of 6300 for hd ultra mega pack on 15th sep 2019. But they disconnected my connection on 7th mar 2019 stating that they have changed according to trai and i paid on march 8th 2019 again for a month. I have contacted the customer care but they didn't respond properly. There are 2 womens in customer care and they were jayanthi and sivaranjini. They are shouting at me and laughing at my issues by the customer care. Seriously it is very frustrating. Evert time i call, they raise tickets and asked me to wait for 48 hrs. But they close the ticket unresolved. Very bad customer service and mostly they put my call more than 45 mins on hold and the call will be more than 50 mins. I need a proper response and also i need refund for 6 months so that i can use that amount for trai's new pack. I need help and immediate action asap. Was this information helpful? | |
