I am Somu Selvaraj. I have given a request for a new HD Sun direct DTH connection through online in Sun direct website. I have paid for one year. But the installation team never showed up and no status message of my request informed to me. They assured to give connection within 48 hours. Amount paid on 6th Dec 2016 and Still my request is not processed. Customer care representative is not helpless for my issue.
