Sun Direct — no able to watch channels and no response of complaints filed by me

This is varun I am availing the sun direct dish connection and my card no. is [protected] but now not able to watch the channels since 7 days because of problem in connection so I filed many complaints in customer care then they said that the problem will be resolved as soon as but problem has not been solved. M tired of calling in customer care so I think I should try this last option kindly resolve this problem or I will take any serious action against the company.
