[Resolved] Sun Direct — no response for the complaint
My smart card number is : [protected]. I have recharged subscription pack twice for tamil dpo pack 2 at rs.639 each time (Rs.1278 in total). Since the account has been credited with amount for two times, i requested sun direct to refund the amount of rs.639 that has been done for the second time. It's been a month since the complaint has been made and there is no response even after i called for more than 4 times and each time the complaint was filed newly with no response taken. I want my refund back. Sun direct is worst in customer care.
