Sun Direct — No response regarding the complaint for Set top box in customer ID [protected]. | |||
Dear Sir, I have launched a complaint via customer care call center of Sun DTH regarding the non working of my set up box with the remote. This complaint was booked on 11th of this month and since then I have followed up two three times. Even on 23.06.15 I followed up on the matter but I am getting the response that it will be solved at the earliest. But the earliest has not arrived. I am not able to change the channels via remote and when I booked the complaint 2-3 months back, your local technician from Gandhidham where I reside came and checked for the problem. He had checked my remote with other set top box and it is working and remote working with other set top box has been tried at my place but is not working. He then came to a conclusion that since my set top box is very old I will have to get it changed. I have explained all these things to your customer care executives but till now no response has been received from any of your technicians. I have mailed to the nodal officers as well as the customer care, but I am not getting any response from them. I hope you will take up this matter with the concerned and get my complaint resolved at the earliest. Regards, Shiju Was this information helpful? | |||
