[Resolved] Sun Direct — no signal since 27th march 2020 | |||
Hi i am using sun direct since 2014, but all of a sudden just during the lockdown i am not getting any channels error message shown (E42-e52) and also e32. Called up customer care of sun direct several times and they confirmed having raised a complaint and sending technician but no response after that and till date i have not received any complaint no from their end. My surprise is i have never faced this issue before and would like to know whether it is shut down in kolkata on purpose (Since i reside in kolkata). I am not able to view any news channel as no signal available. I want to escalate to the appropriate authority above sun direct.
