Our tv was not switched on for a while. Last evening when called sun d cc it was told yearly subscript has expired and we have to renew. Which was done last night immediately.
After wards we were told to contact cc which we did.
Cc confirmed the subscription for the full year.
When the tv was switched onn it was noticed, the display e52-32 searching for signal.
Repeat cal to cc they took the complaint told us we have to pay for the technician which i said we will not.
This morning local representative of sub d by name rama called and was talking about servive charges instead of attending to the service. Which is totaly iresponsible towards costumers.
Thisis hapenning time and again which sun d have to set alright.
Please see that this issue is attened on top priority.
The local representative to be cautioned for irresponsible manner.
