Sun Direct — non activation of service | |||
I have a sun direct connection with smart card No [protected]. I re-charged it on 10 May 2014 but the service not activated. I lodged complaint to sun direct customer care vide complaint No 1-[protected] and they promised to resolve my problem within 48 hrs, But even after lapse of three days they failed to keep their promise and cheated the customer like me Was this information helpful? | |||
