[Resolved] Sun Direct — non availability of tv signal | |||
My smart card no [protected] I am using sun direct since last two years. Your engineer has installed the system. Now due to signal loss the service engineer asking me to shift the antenna for that i have to pay money for cable and labor charge. I contacted with the servicing center at trivandrum on mob no [protected] and she too insisting for money. We are paying monthly subscription for an uninterrupted signal which is the duty of the company. If you are asking for money for it i am compelled to disconnect this service.
