Dear sir, My smart card no.[protected] and I have lodged a complInt 4days back vide No. SR[protected] AND SR[protected] regarding non reception of signals/technical problem at this end. Inspite of repeated requests neither I have received any help from your 24x7 nor any possitive response from your 24x7 till date. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to solve problem immediately if is otherwise kindly arrange to refund what ever in my account so that I can close this matter and I can contact some other branded provider.
