[Resolved] Sun Direct — not able to see channels and not able to choose any package | |||
My smart card no is [protected] I have a subscription pack: indi subscription monthly renewal which is expiring on 30 march 2019 But all the channels are closed with a message your subscription has expired plz call our call centre to activate. Am not able to connect with customer care. I have a balance of 682.73, but when i am going to choose package its says you have insufficient balance And today again they reduce my balance form 682.73 to 304.43 How can they do this. I have sent a mail to sundirect but received no any response Kindly resolve our issues Was this information helpful? | |||
