[Resolved]  Sun Direct — not able to view channels for which we already paid

Address:203 Sathvika Residency Bachupally, near Surya Academy, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500090

All the channels which were prepaid earlier are not coming. We are not able to view the channels for which we have already paid why. Why the customer care number is not working. Even after repeated calls only one bell rings and the call gets disconnected why. Who is responsible for this. Why are we not allowed to view the channels for which we have already paid
