[Resolved] Sun Direct — not attending the complaint in time

I have renewed the subscription for yearly, by paying rs.3600/- in cash, since they were not accepting the cheque.
Since the date of payment, we are getting no signal. Complaint has already been lodged vide reference sr[protected], which is yet to be attended. However, i am receiving the sms as resolved, which is rediculous.
Most of the channels are not to be seen. Only one channel, i. E., suntv is accessible.

Replaced the SET TOP BOX and it is working, from today, i.e., 29/08/2018.
