Sun Direct — not getting any channels after recharge

Ive done a recharge of 285 rs for telugu pack on 20 march.but from 3 days im not getting any channels except for some free channels. ive done recharge again on 24 march but there is no change. ive tried calling customer care but there is no response. can any one please look into this
