on 28 oct 2014 I had placed an complaint in which they said it will be resolved with in 48 hours and then again on 30 or 31st of oct 2014 I had again enquired with them through online chat then they said it will be resolved with in 24 hours but till the complaint is in open status and again on 2nd nov 2014 I had made a call to the customer care of sun direct at this time they said that it will take 3- 5 days from 2nd what these people only don't know how many days it will take and are confusing the customers and will in chat room with out any prior information they are leaving the chat room
