[Resolved]  Sun Direct — not responding customer care number

Dear sir/madam
I try to complaint my sun direct remote is not working properly so I try last two days on customer care no:[protected] there is no responding nd switch off the number only continuously i suffer please take immediate action sir...my remote is not working please kindly help me nd guide me...

Add on charges paid 4.30 pm through net banking Smart card No.[protected]. Not activated yet ie at 6.35 pm
