[Resolved] Sun Direct — not responding for a phone call | |||
When i'm calling customer care they are not picking up the call... This is not fair.. They have to answer the call as early as possible but they are not doing like that... They are making customers to wait in call for a long time... So please take an ammediate action.. Actually the problem is i can't able to watch tv because of this stupid signal by sun direct (Dth) it shows that... There is no signal please contact customer care and when i'm trying to call they are not even responding for my call.. Some times they will but they will pick up the call after making me to wait for more time... This is not the way to treat the customer... If this problem is not resolved i'm going to change my dth...
