[Resolved] Sun Direct — not responding proper way | |||
First called to customer care the person Gopi, He was given ther infermatoin about the pack of chrn pack 678. yes iam tolled him to this pack was not activated on my customer ID NO is [protected]. Then he was suggested me to recharge the total amount of 678 in divisible amounts example 150, 180, 200, 300, 450, 500, 540 etc. He said that all these amount of 678 convert to your pack. and also said that after your recharge you call to customer care. Then i would recharge 180+498=678 and called customer care. received Kishore from chennai and he said that in this way the package was not activated in ypur ID nomber.I sadi that person GOPI was said to recharge in this way. Then KISHORE argue and quirrel with me. and he was not forward the call to higher officials. He was not given the information in proper way and also said that you can give the complaint on Complaint.
