[Resolved] Sun Direct — not responding properly on phone and chat | |
I have recharged my account with 179 rs on 30th april 2019 around 11 to 12 pm but its not topup to my account and money is detected i called and chat with sundirect great customercare stupid operators chat people tell and ask so many non-sense questions and customer care people are too great ki after taking the all # of info they cut the calls not for once i talked with 4 people as they dont have any idea whats going on account they simply cutting the calls. I am tracking with them for 4 long day still no proper response. Waste network y dont you upgrade your software.. This is second time i am facing the recharge issue. Was this information helpful? | |
