[Resolved] Sun Direct — one month back i will call your customer reasons for (no signal) problem but any one get not resolve my solution | |||
Sir/madam My name is teja from nellore district, sydapuram mandal, pothegunta village, iam sundirect customer i have small problem in my set up box it showing error (E52-32 no signal pls contact service provider for futher information), i will call your customer agents in last two weeks but any one no response, one agent will be received complaint, he talk to me with in two days one machanic is come to your village and repair the all solutions and you pay 150 rs /- service charge, i will answer ok sir, but till now my tv is not working with your sundirect dish iam also pay my reachareg with rupees of 280 but tv us not working what is this...? I have suffered and un satisfied by your service Pls resolve my problem as early as possible thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
