[Resolved] Sun Direct — ordered for a new connection but no response | |||
I placed an order for a new connection but no response since 48 hrs. Customer care is very much unprofessional in answering the calls and replying to the customers. Sun direct authorized representative no: [protected] has never bothered to attend the call nor reply to any messages. Very worst customer support in Chennai. Planned to opt out the new connection.
