[Resolved] Sun Direct — ota upgrade from 4 days; no service | |||
Good morning, From 19 th of july 2018, there is no channel streaming on my sundirect dth connection, because of ota upgrade, which is pathetic and dth keep on restarts itself continuously. I have recorded the video for the reference. I have repeatedly contacted customer care for resolution, however nill response from them. Yesterday i could manage to appoint a technician to resolve the solution with the help of customer care. Very poor service from sundirect dth, customer service is very bad and they are not responsible for the service they are providing. Since, i have lost four days of sun direct dth service, for which i should be reimbursed. If dth services do not resume today i.
